Throughout my life journey, I have always felt a strong calling to help people. I have been there to support both young people and adults as they pursue their goals in different areas of life. This has given me a broad understanding of how life unfolds, with its ups and downs, challenges, and joyful moments.

My personal and professional background gives me the advantage of having lived, first hand, a number of situations that allow me to go beyond the intellectual comprehension of what is stopping you from living life to the fullest. I have worked in different sectors, positions, and countries; I have experienced myself the challenges that I help my clients overcome: family, maternity, sickness, different jobs, bereavement, loss, changes, hopes and failures. It is with the perspective of decades of very diverse job and personal experiences, and decades of studies and training, that I can walk in your shoes, understand what is happening to you, and offer you the tools to move on with confidence.
